I’ve been going to NOW massage for a little over a year and I’m always impressed by the level of customer service. The staff are friendly and helpful, and always make you feel welcome. Kate has been my massage therapist for the past few months, and I cannot say enough good things about her. She goes above and beyond to cater the experience to your preferences, and takes special care of problem areas. I’m always impressed by her level of care and professionalism.

I’ve been going to NOW Massage West Loop for about six months now, and it has been an amazing experience from start to finish. I was looking for something local and consistent, and their subscription with two massages per month is a great value. I’ve worked with multiple massage therapists, and each has been excellent. Victoria is phenomenal and truly performs a symphony with her hands. She listens carefully, is incredibly professional, and does an amazing job working out all the little tweaks and tension. Amber was also outstanding and really knows how to target the areas that bother you most. The front desk staff, Sohan, James, and Jen, are all super kind, welcoming, and comforting. They really set the tone for the entire visit and make the experience feel relaxed and seamless from the moment you walk in. Highly recommend NOW Massage West Loop if you’re looking for consistent, high-quality care in a calming environment.

I’ve had a couple of massages in my life and was always too ticklish to enjoy them—not anymore! I’ve visited Kate 2x now and had good experiences both times. Was ready to go deeper this last time, next time I want to try doing a longer time as well. Appreciate how kind and receptive Kate is, she’s always checking to make sure the pressure is right and asks beforehand if you have any focus points for the day. All the massage “rooms” are just sectioned off areas within one long room, each area separated by thick linen. there’s minimal calming water sounds going throughout the room—I’ve never seen or heard anyone else while getting my massage so it’s still a private setup but if you prefer more privacy/being more closed off it during your massage this might not be your favorite setup. My first appt was in the morning and it was much chiller and less crowded in the waiting room than my 2nd appt in the afternoon. Lots of parking garages around but I’ve always had good luck finding paid parking within a block or 2 for only a few bucks. I haven’t gotten a lot of massages so not sure how their price points compare to other places.

For me, exceptional service is you’re given something extra. Something you don’t expect. My massage therapist Kate is the one who always goes above and beyond every time I see her. When you hear a word 'massage', you think you know what to expect. Good or bad, but it's still a massage, right? Not in this case. This was AN EXPERIENCE. From the moment Kate greets you to the moment she hands you a glass of water at the end, you feel deeply taken care of. She genuinely listens to your needs for that specific session and instantly puts you at ease. She uses aroma to help you relax, warm weights so worked areas can fully rest, so you’re never cold or uncomfortable. She always goes the extra mile – new techniques, warm eye pads, a short head massage – perfectly timed and what you didn’t know you needed. This is exactly the kind of unreasonable hospitality all the businesses should thrive for.

Had a wonderful experience at The Now West Loop! From the moment I stepped through the door, Kevin provided a superior level of hospitality — he was warm and welcoming throughout my check-in and payment processes and really made me feel special. Victoria was an excellent masseuse, and I would highly recommend her for anyone looking for a deep tissue massage — her hands were incredibly strong! She listened with care as I explained about an issue I was having with my knee and spent extra time during my service focusing on that area. She also intuitively changed her technique or pressure level in response to areas where my body was clearly holding on to tension. I will definitely be back to this Now location and will be requesting to work with her again!
